00:06arrest. It's right that the Labour Party immediately suspended the whip. The procedures
00:10in Parliament now that Mr Norris can't return to Parliament whilst the police and the Crown
00:15Prosecution Service do their work, that's the right thing to happen and obviously it will be
00:20subject to a charging decision by the Crown Prosecution Service and any judgment to happen
00:25later down the line. But as you would expect and as the police have asked we can't comment
00:29or speculate any further than that at this stage.
