00:00The NBI discussed a plant in Bulacan that is owned by the Chinese.

00:21There are people who are using chicken in the making of explosives.

00:26They found 20 tons of finished product, sodium tungstate.

00:31Sodium tungstate also has military obligations, especially for artillery and missiles.

00:38The plant workers said that the chemicals are ready for export to China and America.

00:44Other chemicals were also discovered, such as nitric acid, which is also used in the making of the bomb.

00:50We saw a lot of tungstate, nitric acid, in the making of the bomb.

00:58This is scary, it might go to the hands of the enemy.

01:03They're registered to manufacture metal alloys.

01:16The NBI said that it took three months to investigate the plant.

01:20They found out that it was owned by Chinese nationals.

01:24So they will investigate how the plant was registered.

01:29Our initial findings, the corporation is owned by five Chinese,

01:39It needs Filipino ownership.

01:43Chemicals in the plant are hazardous and may have a negative effect on Filipinos

01:49who have been working for seven years in the WALARO protection facility.

02:06According to the Library of Medicine of the USA, sodium tungstate is category 4 toxicity.
