00:00I think that the key thing will be the preservation of general security, the avoidance of the

00:10kind of attacks on minorities that are, I will say, fighting between minorities and

00:16the central government that we saw earlier this month in Latakia with the Alawites, and

00:25a process with the other minorities, the SDF, we just heard Saleh's views on that, and with

00:33the Druze.

00:34Those aren't actually a bad program under the circumstances, considering what Syria

00:39had been before, and what many other countries in the Middle East are going through.

00:43So I remain cautiously optimistic.
