00:00We're bringing the 60s back to Blackpool, not that it really ever seemed to have left,
00:08which is why we feel so at home here, isn't it, Johnny?
00:10It's a fully mobile 1960s kitchen.
00:13Too mobile, some would say.
00:14Well, you would say, yes, and it's got all sorts of recipes from the 1960s, mainly mashed
00:19potato based.
00:20Shepherd's pie, but with an Inuit twist, with a lovely igloo of mashed potato, I hope you're
00:27getting that.
00:28Gravy goes down the seams.
00:29You can't go wrong, can you?
00:30There's some lovely whale bath there.
00:32We're based in Ambleside, but they're far too posh for this kind of stuff.
00:36No, they do like it here.
00:37So it's so nice to be out here on the seafront at Blackpool with our people.
00:42I went for a drink in the coffee shop.
00:44Free sugar, that's fantastic.
00:46You can also get ketchup as well.
00:49Love you, ladies.
00:50My favourite recipes tend to involve spam, actually, don't they, Johnny?
00:53Oh, yes, we've got some lovely recipes on our menu.
00:56Oh, there we go.
00:57Here we are.
00:58The ingredients is very versatile, of course, and it lasts you for 1,000 years, which I
01:03like, because you don't have to go down to the greengrocers.
01:06You can just stack this up in the cupboards, can't you?
01:08Yes, it's really got to be spam all the way.
01:10It goes with anything.
01:11Lima beans, mashed potatoes, mashed potato is the best one.
01:15Or chips, just to keep it simple.
01:16Or chips, yes, of course.
01:17Lovely.
01:18And how does that go down with the modern audience?
01:21Well, it goes down, hopefully it won't come back up again.
01:24Oh, you mean, yes, I think they're interested, aren't they?
01:27People are very keen to see some of the old recipes brought back.
01:30People are sick of food on slates and bits of wood.
01:33I know.
01:34And fancy stuff drizzled with other fancy stuff.
01:36Bring back the plates, that's what I say.
01:37That's what we say, yes.
01:38Bring back the spam.
01:39What kind of cooking oil do you use at home, Olly?
01:41Oh, I see.
01:42I see, that's fine.
01:43I knew she was posh.
01:44We have a bit of culture, a bit of danger, don't we?
01:47Yeah, so there's lots of cultures, mainly growing on the food.
01:50Four, three, two, one.
01:52Four, three, two, one.
01:53Four, three, two, one.
01:54Four, three, two, one.
01:55Four, three, two, one.
01:56Get the lid off.
01:57I can't get the lid off.
01:58Help him out, Pam.
01:59We have got our new food rating, which we're so pleased with.
02:02We're so proud.
02:03We're actually up from last year.
02:04Now we're up to minus one, but we were at about minus three, weren't we?
02:08We were, we were.
02:09So we're feeling very good.
02:11We are.
02:12Feeling positive about the future.
02:13We are.
02:14I'll have two more tries.
02:17Yes!
02:18In the wind, Pam!
02:19I hope somebody got that on camera.
