00:00a sense of uh the season to come you know there's a there haven't been the cut and thrust of all of
00:06this which must be a nice change for you um the big change structurally in our in our region
00:12recently has been the transition to sort of a region council more away from the AFL Central
00:17Vic Commission give us an update on where that's at where their priorities lie as we as we come into
00:222025. Yeah absolutely it's been a year of transition let's take that normally I hide
00:26behind the screen so it's a bit odd um yeah so region council uh incoming uh delegated authority
00:34responsible for making recommendations back in AFL Victoria uh that are in the interest of
00:38football and netball in our region so we've had some really passionate people come on board uh
00:43they can't use the last year to sort of get a feel of what's going on trying to understand
00:47the landscape the one thing that they've been is uh highly engaging uh they want to be out there
00:52they want to be at matches on the weekend they want to understand all the ins and outs before
00:56they go making decisions and recommendations but really passionate uh and they want to see
01:00a positive change throughout the next 12 uh 12 months to two years but they want that to be um
01:06based on actual facts and based on listings so that's their plan uh really excited to get stuck in this year.
