00:07There's so much variety in basically every single thing
00:10that you could ever want or need to buy.
00:12We're all different. We're all individuals.
00:14But we also live in a social world.
00:15We can show that we're an individual in some way.
00:17My only phone notification alert is from my wife
00:21and from a certain sneaker website.
00:23That's it.
00:24I can't tell you the number of times
00:26I've grabbed a candy bar at the very end of the thing.
00:28I don't even want the candy bar.
00:32We're consumed with consuming.
00:34And it's promoted and pushed on us in every way.
00:39We're never sort of satisfied
00:41because we've been told through marketing
00:43that we shouldn't be satisfied.
00:46When we simplify something, it changes our focus.
00:49This stuff doesn't make me.
00:51I have a long way to go in terms of my personal consumption.
00:55But now I felt a little more in control.
