00:00So, the Think Twice campaign is a digital safety campaign meant to empower our users
00:06on digital safety practices on the platform.
00:11We deployed that message pretty much through videos that inform users about resources that
00:19are available to them, the principles that they have to look out for when it comes to
00:25spotting misinformation, when it comes to making sure that they can prevent being victimized
00:32by scams, knowing what to do with AI-generated content.
00:38It's a dedicated campaign, really, for digital safety.
00:41So, we have tapped creators who have put out videos that amplify the message of the campaign,
00:49and we hope that by tapping these creators and also putting our videos out there, that
00:56the message will be spread by TikTok users all over the Philippines.
01:02Because this is a campaign unique to the Philippines, it's also in other markets, but the approach
01:06here is very localized.
01:08And so, what we hope is for users to continue sharing our Think Twice videos and making
01:15sure that everybody has access to the resources that we're pointing them to about how they
01:22can keep themselves safe and secure on the platform so that TikTok remains a positive
01:27environment for all our users in the Philippines.
01:29I'm glad you asked that question, Red, because we actually have very robust content moderation processes.
01:35We have over 40,000 trust and safety professionals all around the world, and those that are dedicated
01:41to the Philippine market to enforce our community guidelines and ensure that TikTok remains
01:46a safe space for everyone.
01:48Our message to Filipino users is keep inspiring, keep being creative on TikTok, but also know
01:55what the community guidelines are so you understand what you can post on the platform, what you
02:00cannot post on the platform.
02:03And hopefully, that allows you to reach out to your audiences and to your friends, to
02:07your communities in a meaningful and impactful way.
