00:00I came here today to visit and take care of the burnt victims at Putra Heights.
00:18Today, we are also moving the GBJ movement counter to facilitate the recovery of the victims.
00:26We are also providing them with important documents, including the National Registration Office,
00:32the National Registration Office for the Registration of Birth Certificates and so on.
00:37Meanwhile, for the GBJ movement, we are helping to recreate the driving license,
00:44the motor vehicle license, LKM, and also one of the most important things,
00:49the use of their insurance claim, which is VOC, Vehicle Ownership Certificate.
00:57That is an important document for the purpose of the insurance claim that we are moving.
01:04All these documents can be printed for free and without any bureaucracy and without a police report.
01:12If the procedure is normal, we need a police report.
01:15Today, we are facilitating it. There is no need for a police report.
01:19They just need to give their name and their identification number.
01:24Then, all these documents can be printed for free.
01:27Secondly, I also came to understand their needs.
01:33We are also moving the Prasarana.
01:36Prasarana has deployed six vans here.
01:40These six vans will be based here to help the victims to move.
01:46When they are allowed to go home to pick up their belongings and so on,
01:51these vans can take them back to their homes to pick up their belongings when they are allowed by the authorities.
01:59In addition, these vans can also move to LRT stations or places where they need to buy their necessities.
02:08These vans will be placed here for a while to help the victims.
02:13Among the victims, there are also several staff from the Prasarana, including bus and train drivers.
02:21So, the Prasarana team is here to help.
02:25In addition to helping in terms of transportation, they also help in terms of charity and also in terms of counselling and so on.
02:36So, that is what the Prasarana is doing.
02:40Yesterday, I was informed that a vehicle company has offered 50 vans for temporary use.
02:49Today, I would like to say that we have also contacted several other companies.
02:55So, there will be additional vans.
02:58So far, the Karo company has agreed to provide 30 additional vans for the use of these fire victims.
03:08So, the Yambomat-Esco office is currently registering.
03:17So, any victims who need those vans can register with them.
03:23So, we will see how many vans are needed.
03:26We are also contacting other companies to get more vans that can be used by the victims for the time being.
03:34So, that is what we are trying to do.
03:38In addition, I have also been contacted by a successful company, the founder of a successful company, Mr. Vincent Tan.
03:46The Bejaya Foundation will donate RM3,000 to each victim's family.
03:53All victims' families will be donated RM3,000 in cash.
04:00So, these are some of the donations that are currently being made.
04:05And of course, as the Ministry of Finance, we will continue to contact private companies to try to help.
04:16In the form of cash donations or in the form of donations in terms of transportation.
04:24So far, we have received a lot of support from the private sector.
04:29And I hope that more private companies will appear to provide assistance.
04:33Maybe in terms of motorcycles, are there any?
04:35Yes, we are trying.
04:37I understand that there are more than 70 motorcycles that are damaged or burnt.
04:44We are trying to get a motorcycle license.
04:49So, when I get that license, I will once again make an announcement.
04:54How many people have tried to renew their license this morning?
04:59Because we just arrived this morning.
05:01Maybe many people don't know yet.
05:02Only a few people have reprinted their documents.
05:07So, we will be here today and tomorrow.
05:10If necessary, we will add this requirement.
05:13Because some of the victims do not live here in PPS.
05:19So, some of them may live with their relatives or friends.
05:27So, not all the victims live here in PPS.
05:29But the victims who do not live here in PPS, they are encouraged to come back here to print their documents.
05:37And any request or any form of assistance will be provided here in PPS.
05:43What about our insurance and our license?
05:46First, we have three types of documents.
05:50Driving License, Motorcycle License and Vehicle Ownership Certificate, VOC.
05:56We also ask the insurance company to come and give advice, counselling and so on.
06:04To give guidance on how they can make an insurance request and so on.
