00:00This is one of the most important days, in my opinion, in American history.
00:08It's our declaration of economic independence.
00:12For years, hard-working American citizens were forced to sit on the sidelines as other
00:17nations got rich and powerful, much of it at our expense.
00:22But now it's our turn to prosper and, in so doing, use trillions and trillions of dollars
00:28to reduce our taxes and pay down our national debt, and it will all happen very quickly.
00:34With today's action, we are finally going to be able to make America great again, greater
00:39than ever before.
00:47Jobs and factories will come roaring back into our country, and you see it happening
00:51already.
00:52We will supercharge our domestic industrial base.
00:56We will pry open foreign markets and break down foreign trade barriers.
01:01And ultimately, more production at home will mean stronger competition and lower prices
01:06for consumers.
01:08This will be, indeed, the golden age of America.
01:11It's coming back, and we're going to come back very strongly.
