00:00It is expected that the LRT Line 1 service will be better and upgraded for more passengers, according to the Transportation Department.

01:21the fare adjustment is already long overdue.

01:36The rate increase is said to be lower than estimated by Light Rail Manila Corporation.

01:41On January 30, DOTR approved the elevated passage of the LRT 1

01:46which is the second time that a private operation was removed

01:49following the first elevated passage in 2023.

01:52Transportation Secretary Vince Tizon said in an interview

01:55that there may be a delay in the extension if the elevated passage is not implemented.
