00:17Well I can speak to the IRC. We did have a warehouse full of stocks. It is a drop in the
00:23ocean compared to what is needed now. The reason why the international community, the IRC amongst
00:28them, doesn't have bigger stocks is because there's just so much unmet need on an ongoing
00:33basis. There are people around the country who are in urgently in need of humanitarian assistance
00:40before this earthquake and now we're just dealing with a massive factor on top of that.
