00:00Before I answer the questions, I would like to make a sincere apology.
00:04An apology to the many passengers who had their journeys disrupted by the recent incident.
00:10I offer my deepest regrets.
00:12The situation was unprecedented, and we recognize the considerable inconvenience and concern that it caused.
00:20Heathrow is one of the busiest airports in the world,
00:23and it is in our interest, as much as in our passengers' interest,
00:27to ensure that the airport remains open and operational at all times.
00:30On the day of the incident, our focus was very clear and immediate
00:35to protect the safety of passengers and airport staff,
00:39to protect the security of the airport and integrity of our borders,
00:44and to minimize disruption and resume operations as soon as at all possible.
00:50I am absolutely committed to ensuring that we learn from this event.
