00:00Wisconsin Supreme Court race. How concerned are you about Judge Schimel's prospects come tomorrow?
00:12Well, listen, Wisconsin's going to be a tight race. I think it's a very important race.
00:16It's decided we're going to have a Supreme Court that has a majority of judges, people who will apply the law,
00:24as opposed to what we have now, a bunch of super legislators that could care less what the law says.
00:29They're just going to rule based on their policy preferences. It's a significant difference.
00:34How much has Elon Musk impacted this race right now?
00:37He may be the difference when all is said and done.
00:40He's doing all kinds of things to obtain people's information so that on Election Day they can contact them and encourage them to vote.
00:50I think what he's doing is pretty masterful.
00:55He gives out these million-dollar checks, apparently completely illegal because no court was willing to overturn it,
01:01and the coverage, the news media coverage of that is worth multiples of that.
01:07He's a brilliant guy, and he's just trolling you guys.
01:10How do you feel, though, about him cutting personal checks to essentially get people to vote?
01:15No, I mean, they have a petition.
01:18How many tens of millions of dollars did George Soros and J.B. Pritzker put into these races?
01:24We're not the ones that turned Wisconsin's Supreme Court race into something very profitable for the political consultants.
01:36That was in 2023.
01:38Radical leftists came in and funded and pretty well purchased that Supreme Court race.
01:43We're just not willing to unilaterally disarm.
01:45What are the implications for your party, though, if the Democrats do win tomorrow?
01:49It won't be good.
01:51Again, the super legislators on that court now will then redistrict.
01:54They will gerrymander as opposed to having the elected representatives in our legislature draw the districts.
02:02They're going to take it upon themselves, and they'll draw the districts in a highly political manner to try and steal two House seats.
02:09That could flip the majority here in the House and make President Trump's second half of his term not pleasant.
02:15And then on tariffs, if they go forward on Wednesday, what impact is that going to have on Wisconsin?
02:21Well, as the President has admitted, tariffs will create pain for some businesses,
02:25and I think Wisconsin will be particularly hard hit with all the manufacturing and agricultural interests.
02:30I'll wait to see what President Trump's going to do.
02:32He's used tariffs in the past effectively to get nations to do what they should have done anyway.
02:37Right now, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but I am concerned.
02:39Should he pull back?
02:41I'll wait to see what he does on April 2nd.
02:44Lastly, he keeps talking about a third term. What do you think about him running for a third term?
02:48We have a constitutional amendment to prevent that.
02:50Okay, thanks.
