00:04the weekend some frustration with him.

00:06How serious are you about imposing oil sanctions on Russia?

00:08No, I want to see him make a deal so that we stop Russian soldiers and Ukrainian soldiers

00:14and other people from being killed.

00:17But mostly it's Russian and Ukrainian soldiers.

00:20They're losing at least 2,500 human beings, beautiful human beings, a week.

00:27And I want it to stop.

00:29And some people would say, why do you worry about Russian soldiers or Ukrainian soldiers?

00:33I worry because it's like they're just like you people.

00:36They're like us.

00:37There's like all of us.

00:38And I seem to have an ability to do those things.

00:42And if I can do that, I think it's a very worthwhile thing to do.

00:47And I think we will know.

00:48I want to make sure that he follows through.

00:51And I think he will.

00:52I don't want to go secondary tariffs on his oil, but I think it's something I would do

00:57if I thought he wasn't doing the job.

00:59I did it with Venezuela, secondary tariffs.

01:02And you know what happened?

01:03Every boat left the harbor.

01:04Did you see that?

01:05It was a beautiful thing to see the whole harbor emptied out.

01:09My words weren't even finished.

01:11I have these massive, these massive ships.

01:14They're actually taking the hoses and dumping them into there.

01:17They couldn't get out of there fast enough because they know I don't play games.

01:21So I think he's going to live up to what he told me.

01:24And I think he's going to fulfill his part of the deal.

01:29Now that you have Zelensky and hopefully he's going to live up.

01:32I see he's trying to renegotiate the rare earth.

01:36You know, we did something because, as you know, the Europeans get paid back the money

01:40that they gave.

01:41And we don't because Biden is an incompetent president.

01:45And he should have asked for rare earth or he should have asked for the loans to be guaranteed

01:48in some form.

01:49That's what Europe did.

01:51Europe is in for 100, probably 100 billion dollars.

01:55And we're in for 350 billion.

01:57So we're in for more than three times.

02:00And now you could make it a little bit less than that, but it doesn't matter whatever

02:03the number.

02:04We're in for substantially more than Europe.

02:05We could be in for 350 billion.

02:07They have no idea because Biden wasn't a good bookkeeper except for himself.

02:12And what happens is we made a deal for rare earth.

02:16It was all done.

02:18And I heard through you, I haven't spoken to them yet, but through you, I heard that

02:22they're now saying, well, I'll only do that deal if we get into NATO or something to that

02:26effect.

02:27Well, that was never number one discussed.

02:30Number two, I think it's going to be very long before Putin.

02:33They said, you're not going into NATO.

02:35And it could be.

02:36That's probably the reason the war started, actually.
