00:16We partook in $450 billion worth of investment into American companies, and they announced

00:23the company, the amount of money, $1 billion, $5 billion, $25 billion.

00:28And the chairman of the company, many of whom, you know, are well-known figures.

00:33So I have a very good relationship with the Middle East.

00:36In fact, if you look at Michigan, I won the vote by a lot.

00:40People were a little surprised.

00:42And I have a very good relationship with Mohammed and the king.

00:47His son is Mohammed.

00:48He's great.

00:49Crown Prince.

00:50Actually, he's prime minister, too.

00:52He's got a lot of good titles.

00:54But he's great.

00:56And the king has been wonderful.

00:58And if you remember, last time I went to Saudi Arabia, I put him first on the list

01:02because they agreed to buy $450 billion worth of American goods, military and otherwise.

01:11And they did.

01:12And it was an unbelievable day.

01:14It was in this gorgeous ballroom, and companies were there from many, many, probably 100 companies.

01:21And they were given anywhere from $40 or $50 million to less and more, actually.

01:30Some of them were given numbers that were just many times that amount.

01:34I think we had a couple of $20 billion deals and big stuff.

01:39And it's a very rich country because of oil.

01:42And we are a very rich country, ultimately, when we straighten it out because of oil.

01:47Oil is always good.

01:49And I agreed to do it again, and they've agreed to spend close to a trillion dollars of money

01:56in our American companies, which to me means jobs.

02:00So they're going to spend hundreds of billions of dollars giving them to American companies

02:07that are going to be making equipment for Saudi Arabia and other places in the Middle

02:13East.

02:15And for that, I think it's worth it.

02:16I did it last time, $450 billion.

02:19And the press was there.

02:20It was one of the most unique days I've ever seen, where companies would get up and you're

02:26getting $20 billion.

02:27They named the company, and the chairman were all there, every chairman and top person in

02:31the company.

02:32You remember that, Peter?

02:33I don't know if you were there.

02:34You might be too young for that.

02:35I was on the Democratic campaign trailer.

02:36Oh, yeah.

02:37It was boring.

02:39This was a much better deal.

02:41But it was amazing, actually.

02:43It was an amazing day.

02:44We sold, and we partook in $450 billion worth of investment into American companies.

02:53And they announced the company, the amount of money, $1 billion, $5 billion, $25 billion.

02:59And the chairman of the company, many of whom, you know, well-known figures, prestigious

03:04figures, great business leaders, they went up, they shook the hand of somebody, and they

03:10would sit down, and we just had a big investment made.

03:14So, it was a record.

03:15Nobody ever beat it before.

03:17$450 billion worth of jobs.

03:19I view it as jobs more than anything else.

03:22Now we're close to a trillion dollars.

03:24So it's more than double the number that we did when I first came to office.

03:28And this could take place next month?

03:32It could be next month, maybe a little bit later, yeah.

03:34And we're going to Qatar also.

03:39And also, we're going to possibly a couple of other countries.

03:44UAE is very important.

03:46It's a great leader in UAE.

03:50And I had his brother here the other night, if you saw that.

03:53We had a wonderful guy, a wonderful family.

03:56So we'll probably stop at UAE and Qatar.

03:58And as I used to call it, Qatar.

04:02Nobody's ever told me right or wrong.

04:04I always like to say Qatar, but it's Cutter.

04:07They like to say Cutter.

04:09And Saudi Arabia, the three of them.

04:11And then we'll go other places also.

04:13But in the Middle East, those seem to be the three.

04:15And again, tremendous amounts of jobs will be created in those two or three days.
