00:00Good afternoon to all of our top dates for the upcoming time.

00:04At the moment, there is a frontal system that is affecting the eastern part of the Northern Luzon area.

00:10That's why in mainland Cagayan, Isabela, and Apayao,

00:13we are expecting this afternoon and later tonight,

00:16there will be heavy rains and isolated thunderstorms.

00:21Because of the northeasterly wind flow,

00:23the Batanes and Babuyan Islands will also experience heavy thunderstorms

00:29with weak to moderate rainfall.

00:33But here in Metro Manila, as well as in other parts of our region,

00:37the easterly wind from the Pacific Ocean is the one that is affecting.

00:42That's why the weather we experienced earlier is hot and humid.

00:46And this afternoon and later tonight,

00:48it is possible that the rainfall will ease because of the easterlies.

00:53We are not monitoring any low-pressure areas or typhoons

00:57that are possible to affect our country.

01:00For the upcoming time tomorrow,

01:03we are expecting that the frontal system will still affect mainland Cagayan and Apayao area.

01:08That's why we are still hoping that tomorrow, there will be heavy rains.

01:13The same goes for the Batanes and Babuyan Islands

01:16where the northeasterly wind flow is affected.

01:19But here in Metro Manila, as well as in other parts of Luzon,

01:23the weather we are expecting tomorrow is clear.

01:26It is hot in the afternoon and late afternoon.

01:29And in the evening, there are still chances that the rainfall will ease

01:33because of the easterlies.

01:35That's why if we are going out of our homes tomorrow,

01:38don't forget to bring an umbrella.

01:40This is just a reminder of the hot weather in the afternoon and late afternoon,

01:45in the afternoon and in the evening.
