00:00hi I just thought I had to come on because I'm like what a difference a
00:04day makes like literally yesterday I was like questioning the point of life and
00:11why I keep striving to feel better without anxiety and depression and like
00:17wondering what everyone else's life would be like if I didn't have it and
00:21think about people that have brains that just work normally and they don't have
00:26this constant thing going on in their head and then today I feel great I think
00:33the Sun has definitely helped and I am in the gym
00:39Wayne was having a nap the kids are outside and I just thought what am I
00:42doing I'm just sat on the sofa eating biscuits again just go in the gym even
00:46though you don't want to I've done a full leg workout and I normally only do
00:50one workout and now I'm halfway through my full arm workout I mean what
00:56difference a day makes basically my point is and this is to remind myself as
01:03well is that you've just gotta you know like just keep going each day is
01:11different and there's always a light at the end of the tunnel and it gets
01:17frustrating sometimes because you think I'm constantly going back into the dark
01:21and then back into the light and it's so annoying but and when you're in it it's
01:25so hard to see it and to feel it but if anyone's feeling like that today this is
01:31just my reminder to you that I get it but honestly it's all worth it
