00:00On Friday evening the emergency services were called to a devastating fire on
00:04Station Road, Rushton that has tragically resulted in the deaths of three people.
00:09We believe them to be a four-year-old girl, a 30-year-old woman and a
00:1323-year-old man. On behalf of everyone involved with responding to this fire I
00:18would like to express our deepest and heartfelt condolences to the family,
00:23friends and loved ones of those who died. A thorough investigation is underway
00:28into the circumstances of the fire and we're working very closely with North
00:33Hamptonshire Fire and Rescue Service to find the answers that their loved ones
00:37need and deserve. In relation to this investigation one arrest has been made
00:41and we will provide updates surrounding this as soon as we can. This
00:46investigation is well underway but remains in its early stages and it will
00:50take time to fully establish what has happened. On behalf of the families
00:54involved I would ask that their privacy is respected at this difficult time.
