00:00Hello coach, I'm really glad you decided to...
00:03Shut up. Just shut up. You had me at coach.
00:08Welcome to Ms Mojo, and today we're counting down our picks for the TV scenes that left us with big smiles and lots of happy tears.
00:15Some of these moments are crucial to the plot, so a spoiler alert is now in effect.
00:20I guess I'm gonna get the party started, right after I tune up this little baby.
00:24Number 10, Derek's proposal, Grey's Anatomy
00:27Wait, no, you can't take that one.
00:30Why not?
00:31I said don't take it.
00:33I will take the elevator I want to take.
00:36Most people would find it odd to have a proposal in an elevator, but since this couple's story is anything but ordinary, it's actually quite fitting.
00:43Meredith finds Derek in an elevator surrounded by scans of patients that have impacted their relationship.
00:48We love that he used this as a way to tell their story, as they've been through so much in their professional and romantic relationship.
00:54If there's a crisis, you don't freeze.
00:57You move forward.
00:59You get the rest of us to move forward.
01:01Because you've seen worse.
01:03You've survived worse.
01:05And you know we'll survive too.
01:08He managed to capture everything in a place where they'd shared so many intimate and secret moments, and it made the proposal so special.
01:15In a series filled with heartbreaking moments, it's nice to see moments that lift our hearts like this one.
01:20I'm not gonna get down on one knee.
01:23I'm not gonna ask a question.
01:27I love you, Meredith Grey.
01:31And I want to spend the rest of my life with you.
01:34Number 9. Vincent Van Gogh visits the future. Doctor Who.
01:38Do you know Vincent Van Gogh?
01:40Unfortunately.
01:42Unfortunately?
01:43He's drunk. He's mad.
01:45And he never pays his bills.
01:48Good painting though, eh?
01:50Anyone that is a Van Gogh fan knows about his difficult life, progressively deteriorating mental health and tragic death.
01:56In Doctor Who, after the Doctor and Amy visit the painter in the late 1800s,
02:00they bring him to an art exhibit in their time to show him how influential and important his art has become.
02:06To me, Van Gogh is the finest painter in the world.
02:09Certainly the most popular great painter of all time.
02:13The most beloved.
02:15His command of color, the most magnificent.
02:19He transformed the pain of his tormented life into ecstatic beauty.
02:25We're crying happy tears as Van Gogh discovers how great his legacy is despite his doubts about himself.
02:31The fact that this moment could have changed his fate had our hopes soaring.
02:35Sadly, even learning of his future success ultimately couldn't save him.
02:39The good things don't always soften the bad things, but vice versa.
02:44The bad things don't necessarily spoil the good things.
02:47This is actually a new category.
02:51This is the first time ever.
02:53I guess there were a lot of write-in ballots.
02:55While we've seen our fair share of proms on various TV shows, this one comes with a lot more feelings than most.
03:00It's clear to viewers that Buffy does everything she can to keep her small town, her friends, and her family safe.
03:06And it's a truly thankless job.
03:08So when she finally gets recognition for it, we want to sob.
03:12Most of the people here have been saved by you.
03:16Or helped by you at one time or another.
03:18We're proud to say that the Class of 99 has the lowest mortality rate of any graduating class in Sunnydale history.
03:28At her senior prom, Jonathan acknowledges how much she's done for them in protecting them from evil by giving her the Class Protector Award.
03:35The emotion in Buffy's face is obvious, and we're practically applauding from our living rooms every time we see this scene.
03:41I had no idea that children en masse could be gracious.
03:46Every now and then people surprise you.
03:487. Rosa's Game Night
03:50Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
03:51Rosa has always been a mysterious character.
03:54Like, is her name even Rosa?
03:56So we love slowly getting to know her as the show goes on.
04:00And when we learn she's bisexual, we're surprised by her parents' disappointing reaction.
04:05No matter what you call yourself, you still like me.
04:09No matter what you call yourself, you still like men.
04:11So you can still get married and have a child.
04:14You can do those things with either a man or a woman.
04:16Yes, but it will be a man, because this is just a phase.
04:19After she comes out to them, she fears that she'll never get to enjoy family traditions the same way.
04:24So, her Nine-Nine family steps in in the most adorable way.
04:28What's going on?
04:29Family game night!
04:30Don't worry, I brought Twister.
04:32Hey, Rosa.
04:33They go over to her house for a game night, just like the one that she normally enjoys with her parents,
04:37to support her and assure that she has a surrogate family.
04:41We can't get enough of this workplace gang,
04:43and this gesture proves that they are more like family than colleagues.
04:47Every time someone steps up and says who they are,
04:49the world becomes a better, more interesting place.
04:53So, thank you.
04:576. Chidi's Note
04:59The Good Place
05:01Can I have my note, please?
05:04If you know that you wrote a note, then you know what it says.
05:07I do, but I'd still like to see it again, please.
05:12I think it might be some of the best writing I've ever done.
05:14This series is a total whirlwind, and we love every chaotic second of it.
05:19The final season, however, took us on an emotional rollercoaster,
05:22full of high highs and low lows.
05:25After the gang suffers through having their memories wiped and rebooted over and over,
05:29Chidi picks something that he wants to be reminded of time and time again.
05:32If we do cross paths again, sometime, somewhere,
05:40can you give this back to me?
05:41Of course.
05:42He leaves Janet a note to give to him, saying that
05:45there is no answer, but Eleanor is the answer,
05:48and it's sweet on so many levels.
05:51He'd been searching for answers forever, as any good philosopher would,
05:55and the fact that his love for Eleanor is the answer he lands on
05:59has our hearts melting.
06:00I'm all yours, at least until something better comes along.
06:05For me, you've pretty much tapped out.
06:095. Patrick sings to David
06:11Schitt's Creek.
06:12Patrick and David share many funny moments,
06:14some tearjerkers, a few more cringey moments,
06:17and a plenty of heartwarming ones.
06:19But the one that we love best of all is when Patrick sings
06:21simply the best to David at their open mic night.
06:24Speak the language of love like you know what it means
06:29And it can't be wrong
06:31Take my heart and make it strong, babe
06:35Cause you're simply the best
06:36It's a sweet rendition of the Tina Turner classic,
06:39and it sums up their feelings for each other perfectly.
06:41Don't worry though, we also get to hear the original version of the song,
06:45when David sings to Patrick as a way to apologize.
06:47You know people can see you, right?
06:49You're simply the best
06:54Better than all the rest
06:57It's almost as iconic as Patrick's rendition,
06:59but nothing can beat this scene.
07:01It's simply the best.
07:03And we adore these two.
07:05You're simply the best
07:08Better than all the rest
07:11Better than anyone
07:14Anyone I've ever met
07:174. Sheldon's Nobel Prize acceptance speech
07:19The Big Bang Theory
07:21Throughout the show, Sheldon's friend group expands
07:24and in the penultimate episode, he embraces how much his life has changed.
07:28I have a very long and somewhat self-centered speech here,
07:34but I'd like to set it aside.
07:42Because this honor doesn't just belong to me.
07:45In the finale, his friends fear that Sheldon
07:47is still the self-absorbed person that they had met years ago
07:51when he spoils the secret of Penny's pregnancy
07:53and ignores Howard and Bernadette's worries about their kids.
07:56But during his acceptance speech,
07:58rather than talking about his personal achievements,
08:00he acknowledges his friends.
08:02I have been encouraged,
08:04sustained,
08:06inspired,
08:08and tolerated
08:10not only by my wife,
08:12but by the greatest group of friends anyone ever had.
08:16It's a beautifully moving moment
08:18that perfectly wraps up the series.
08:21As a kid, while he wanted to be a successful scientist,
08:23he also really wanted friends,
08:25and in the end, he got everything he wished for.
08:28I apologize if I haven't been the friend you deserve,
08:33but I want you to know,
08:35in my way,
08:39I love you all.
08:413. Monica and Chandler Propose
08:43Friends
08:45I never thought I would be so lucky.
08:47It's true.
08:49Fall in love with my best.
08:53My best.
08:55There's a reason why girls don't do this.
08:57Okay, okay.
08:59This sitcom has warmed our hearts several times.
09:01Who could forget the tear-jerking finale,
09:03especially when Rachel gets off the plane
09:05to be with Ross?
09:07But it's Monica and Chandler who give us
09:09the most warm fuzzies throughout the series.
09:11We're thrilled when they get together,
09:13and even more thrilled when Chandler decides
09:16to propose, but nothing could have prepared us
09:18for this moment.
09:20You wanted it to be a surprise.
09:28After thinking he'd lost her to Richard,
09:30a defeated Chandler finds Monica surprising him
09:32with a proposal of her own.
09:34They end up hardly holding back tears
09:36as they propose to one another
09:38in the infamous apartment filled with candles,
09:40and we're struggling to keep it together
09:42right along with them.
09:44You make me happier
09:46than I ever thought I could be.
09:51And if you let me,
09:53I will spend the rest of my life
09:55trying to make you feel the same way.
09:57Number two, Roy Kent's last game.
09:59Ted Lasso.
10:01Jamie Tard with the breakaway.
10:03If he scores here, it could be
10:05Kearns for Richmond.
10:07No one can catch him.
10:09Don't run!
10:11Hold on.
10:13Can you believe it?
10:15It's Kent!
10:17In the Season 1 finale of the series,
10:19AFC Richmond faces Manchester
10:21and their own former player Jamie Tard,
10:23and everyone is at the edge of their seats
10:25during this match.
10:27But what we didn't expect was Roy Kent's
10:29impromptu retirement after getting injured.
10:31Now this looks serious.
10:33It was a fair tackle on Tard,
10:35but Kent may have paid the price,
10:37and they're sending out the physio.
10:39The crowd honors him by chanting for him
10:41and Keighley in the dressing room afterwards
10:43is bittersweet to say the least.
10:45This scene proves that just because
10:47Roy is older than his teammates
10:49and is not quite the player he used to be,
10:51he still is respected and appreciated
10:53as ever, and we love this moment for him.
10:55Kent has been a fan favorite
10:57because he always left everything he had
10:59out on the pitch,
11:01and he did so tonight.
11:03Before we unveil our top pick,
11:05here are a few honorable mentions.
11:07The meaning of Glee Club.
11:09I am honored to be here
11:11to rededicate this theater
11:13to Finn Hudson Auditorium.
11:21William, it is with your hard work
11:23and his memory
11:25that you managed to accomplish
11:27something unimaginable.
11:29Schmidt proposes to Cece.
11:31New girl.
11:33This wholesome moment has an adorable callback.
11:35Cecilia Puri.
11:37You're gonna say something stupid, aren't you?
11:39Girl, will you marry me?
11:45Would you please shut up? I can't hear the answer!
11:47Yes!
11:49Richie sings Taylor Swift.
11:51The Bear. We love his rendition of
11:53Love Story.
12:03I Love You and I Like You. Parks and
12:05Recreation. Ben and Leslie's wedding
12:07is chaotic and perfect.
12:09You're all I need.
12:11I love you and I like you.
12:13I love you and I like you.

12:291. Cam and Mitch Get Married.
12:31Modern Family.
12:33This show is a host to some of the most
12:35wholesome characters in TV history,
12:37and it also involves one of our favorite
12:39on-screen couples. On Cam and Mitch's
12:41wedding day, pretty much everything that
12:43can go wrong does.
12:45You don't see this as another biblical sign,
12:47a swarm of Lucases.
12:49Slight change, everyone. Don't worry,
12:51there's always a plan C.
12:53A nearby fire forces an evacuation of their
12:55ceremony, Sal goes into labor,
12:57and everyone relocates first
12:59to Cam and Mitch's crowded apartment,
13:01and finally to Jay's country club.
13:03This is where the episode takes a turn
13:05for the heartwarming.
13:11The day turns out to be perfect,
13:13with a great venue, a wonderful
13:15officiant in Phil, and Jay
13:17walking his son down the aisle.
13:19We're not crying, you are.
13:27You may now kiss your husband.
13:30Which TV moment got you in the feels?
13:32Let us know in the comments.
13:34The first draft of My Vows,
13:36which I wrote the day after we got engaged,
13:38clocked in at around 70 pages.
