De Luna, who is running against incumbent Naga City Mayor Nelson Legacion and Nonoy Villafuerte Magtuto, is known as a bigtime contractor belonging to one of the most influential families in Camarines Sur. 01:59It will be solved so that the people in the government will be able to continue their activities as Filipinos in our cities, provinces, and districts.

02:25Not only in our country, but in the whole world.

02:29We need to take action because the time has come when it's hot and rainy.

02:37According to experts, this is the result of excessive abuse by our government.
