00:00So, uh, you talk about Tennessee and Kentucky, Kentucky's beat him twice.
00:05And uh, you know, I played a team the other night in my title game that we beat twice
00:10and had to beat him a third time that we did.
00:12Do you think Kentucky can beat Tennessee a third time?
00:15Everyone said I couldn't win three against this team, but we did.
00:18Do you think Kentucky can do it?
00:20The fascinating thing about this, Scott, is that Kentucky did it twice at much less than
00:26full strength, much, much farther away from full strength than they are now.
00:29Look, Jackson Robinson's not coming back.
00:32He's gone for the year.
00:33So they're not at full strength, full strength, but they're closer than they were in either
00:37of the first two and they still got it done.
00:39And I think that makes it really interesting.
00:42The first time around Lamont Butler did not play at all.
00:44Andrew Card played a minute and that was the end of his night.
00:48The second time around, Card was limited and so was Butler.
00:52And now they both, at least entering the game, are as close to health as we're going to see
00:57them.
00:58Lamont Butler was able to go 30 plus minutes on the weekend and produce excellent numbers
01:02across the board.
01:03Card didn't have such great numbers, but he was obviously a contributor or Mark Pope wouldn't
01:07have played him 30 plus minutes.
01:09So it's a different team this time.
01:12And as it was the time before, as it was the time before.
01:15And I don't think I've ever seen that, Scott.
01:17I don't think I've ever seen where two teams played three times and one of them had to
01:21play a different opponent each time.
01:24So you wrote about Cooper Flagg today and do you think they'll handle Arizona?
01:28And how do you think Cal will do against Texas Tech?
01:31Yeah, I'm really proud of that story, Scott.
01:34And I hope people give it a read, comparing Carmelo Anthony's run in 2003 to what Cooper
01:39faces now.
01:42It's going to be a challenge.
01:43Arizona has excellent perimeter play.
01:46Caleb Love is playing the best basketball of his career.
01:49And that includes what happened in 2022.
01:53So it'll be hard, but I think they'll get through.
01:54And then I can't wait to see what Arkansas does defensively against Texas Tech.
01:59I think they'll bother them.
02:01Do they have enough offense on the hog side to get it done?
