00:13reducing the department's workforce from 82,000 to 62,000. Kennedy said the
00:19restructuring aims to reduce bureaucracy and focus on reversing the chronic
00:23disease epidemic. The plan includes cutting 3,500 positions at the FDA that
00:28will not affect inspectors or drug medical device or food reviewers.
