01:08or through not paying the contractors after you've built something.

01:13It's good that the president's out there
01:15redoubling his commitment to the middle class and really lessening their tax burden.
01:21He offers a barking carnival act that can best be described as Trumpism.
01:28A toxic mix of demagoguery and mean-spiritedness.
01:33Donald Trump's candidacy is a cancer on conservatism,
01:37and it must be clearly diagnosed, excised, and discarded.
01:42And the future of America is brighter because we have a president
01:47who believes in American exceptionalism,
01:51America competition, and making America great again.
01:56We want someone with that kind of character,
01:58that kind of careless language to be negotiating with Putin.
02:01We want someone like that to be negotiating with Iran.
02:04President Trump is different.
02:05And that's why I think President Trump is one that we should all look to
02:10for some changes and for some reform of the deep state.

02:15The man is utterly amoral.
02:17Morality does not exist for him.
