A brand new M&S Outlet has opened at Boundary Outlet, Walsall

00:00Daniel Wharton with the Express & Style, we're down here on the Boundary Outlet, just off

00:04of Junction 10 Retail Park. So as you can see, they've opened a new M&S outlet here,

00:09you can buy all the M&S clothes that everyone obviously loves. So we've been talking to

00:13customers, some of the first ones down here, who said that it's absolutely fantastic, they

00:18said they absolutely love the idea of it, they love the range of products, they said

00:22it's one of the best things that's happened to Warsaw. So yeah, let's go and talk to the

00:25people who run the place and see what they think.

00:28We are launching our Marks & Spencer's concession within the store, they were here 10 years

00:34ago and we're back, they're back in force, we're really excited with the fabulous offer

00:43on menswear, womenswear and lingerie.

00:46Absolutely, and just having a quick look around, I mean it looks absolutely fantastic doesn't

00:49it, you know, everything looks fantastic, we've got a few shoppers in there, everyone

00:52looks like they're having a great time.

00:53Yes, yes, they all came in for 9 o'clock, so we're excited about that, we're excited

00:57that the staff are really enthused, we've got a really great team and they've worked

01:01really hard to deliver what is a fabulous department.

01:05Absolutely and so this, today is the, you were talking about today is the soft launch,

01:08can we talk about that?

01:09So we are opening today on the 27th and then next week we go into our new season launch

01:15programme and we'll advertise that to all our database. So as a big, everything new,

01:22everything, all the new season stock is in store, so it's exciting.

01:26So is that like a watch out on the social media for that isn't it?

01:28Yes, yeah, yeah, we'll let everybody know we're doing socials today and then next week

01:33we'll be mailing out to all our database customers.

01:36So here we are with Jaginder, obviously you were the first ones at the door, I saw you

01:38standing outside, lying up, quite nice and early, I mean like, what do you think?

01:43Wonderful, it's just what Walsall needs, I do miss Marks and Spencers since it closed

01:46in the Sadler Centre, so I think Marks and Spencers in Walsall again is brilliant.

01:52Absolutely fantastic, how long were you lying up for outside, one day, you had a tent out

01:55there?

01:56Only ten minutes, but the fellow outside said they open at eight, so I walked in and said

02:01wow this is wonderful and they said this isn't open yet, but yeah, it's really good for Walsall

02:06to have Marks and Spencers back here.

02:09Absolutely fantastic, what are we taking advantage of today, are we taking advantage of the deals,

02:12getting some of the clues in?

02:13Yeah, yeah, the clues, it's a treat for me because I'm on a day off today, so I've been

02:18swimming and I've come straight here, that's why I don't look the best, but yeah, I'm really

02:24happy that Marks and Spencers is in Boundary Mill now, I'll be visiting much more often.

02:28Fantastic, so they've already got a regular shopper then?
