00:00The place was really, really nice. Fully catered, you know, the therapists there are amazing.
00:07So I would get up in the morning, I would have my breakfast, I would do yoga outside,
00:12then I would come in, I'd have my first session, would be another hour, then I would have another session,
00:20would be another hour, then I'd have a snack or something to eat, lunch or whatever,
00:26then we'd go back into another session, then I would meet a doctor, then around 3 o'clock I would go to the gym,
00:32I'd have to have a nurse follow me to the gym, which is f***ing embarrassing,
00:35and literally walk around the gym with me while I was working out, which is just like,
00:40I'm not banging my head against walls in a straitjacket, can you just let me work out?
00:45So I did that, then I would come back, take a shower, go to therapy again, go meet the doctors,
00:52make sure my medication was working, go have dinner, watch a movie,
00:57and then I would stay in my room most of the time.
01:02I had my own room, and I would just watch TV, read books,
01:10which, yeah, that was basically my day, and that was every single day.
01:14So Monday through Sunday, there were no days off, so therapy, hard, hard therapy.
01:21I have a very, very addictive personality, so when I stop one thing, I dive into another,
01:25I go full force in whatever I'm doing.
01:27So I decided to go the fitness route, just because I enjoy it.
01:31I go to the gym, and I feel like that's my sanctuary, that's my therapy.
01:35I love to lift weights, I love looking at different fitness regimes and health regimes,
01:42and I'm really into it, I don't know what it is.
01:45I've actually, you know, even switched my Instagram, I follow so much different other people now,
01:49that as I post, you've deleted a bunch of people.
01:51I'm really into fitness and health and different workouts and different eating routines.
01:55It's just really fun to me now, I'm really interested in it, and I'm just full force into it.
01:59And between that and my podcast, In the Mind of a Man, I want to, I mean, if people know me,
02:05they know what, I don't know if I can say this, but I've been, I don't know,
02:09the young kids call it fuck boy or whatever, I know that's a terrible thing to say.
02:12There's a lot of new millennial terms that I'm not familiar with.
02:15I'm 45 years old, and I'm learning stuff every day.
02:17But I guess if you've seen me over the years on Vanderpump, you can tell I was such a,
02:23like a playboy-ish kind of person, right?
02:26And I was, there was millions and millions of red flags.
02:29I'm basically a walking red flag.
02:31So I thought, okay, you know, I'm kind of revamping my life a little bit,
02:35going and taking the sober route and being healthy in this.
02:38Why can't I share the things to look out for when you're finding a guy,
02:42when you're dating a guy, when you're trying to, or a girl or whatever,
02:45whoever you're dating, it doesn't matter.
