Mumbai, Maharashtra: Actor Kanwar Dhillon had an exclusive chit-chat with IANS. He talked about his hectic work schedule for the show 'Asha ki Udaan'. 02:10I have a fixed diet every day.
02:17My breakfast is an omelette with 4 eggs.
02:21And I need tea in the morning.
02:23And my lunch is fixed.
02:25I have a grilled chicken steak and salad.
02:32And I eat a bowl of curd because it is very hot.
02:36And it is also very healthy.
02:38So I eat a high-protein curd which I have found out.
02:42So nowadays I order that and eat that.
02:44And in the evening, I eat fruits.
02:47And in the dinner, I eat eggs usually.

02:56Because sometimes I go to the gym after the pack-up.
02:59And by the time I reach home, it's 11 or 11.30.

03:02I just eat 4 boiled eggs and have a protein shake.

03:18The problem with an early riser is that I can't go to the gym in the morning.

03:36My favourite meal of the day has to be lunch.
03:39If I get half an hour nap after the afternoon hunger, it's amazing.
03:49Personally, for me, any time of the day but not early morning.
03:54But early morning is considered to be the healthiest time to work out.
