00:00So this pitch got two things right. As soon as we're done, I'll tell you exactly what they are.
00:04Hi, I'm Vanessa Dawson, the founder and CEO of Arbor, the world's first plant wellness company.
00:09We'll sell a line of organic, patented, biological plant care products for your lawns, your gardens, and your indoor plants.
00:15A $13 billion U.S. market.
00:17In under four years, we've managed to scale to over $30 million in revenue and have launched in 7,000 doors.
00:22We're on a mission to help the 70 million gardeners across the U.S. grow a better world. Join us.
00:27So as far as highlights of the pitch, the two things that stand out to me, number one is revenue.
00:31$30 million, and my guess is the average price per unit is maybe less than $50, which that is a lot.
00:37That is economy of scale. That's impressive.
00:39And number two is distribution. So that means people believe in her.
00:42I wonder what the sell-through rate is. I wonder how often people are coming back.
00:45Not to be critical, but what's the actual ask? You want us to join you, which means you probably need money.
00:50Is the money for growth? Is it to sustain runway? Did you get sued?
00:54All in all, it was a great pitch, minus a few little details that are actually pretty important.
00:58We're so grateful that you took part in Elevator Pitch on the Street.
01:01Amazon Business would like to gift you $500 in Amazon gift cards.
01:05Bam! Amazon Business! Thank you.
