00:04A man was arrested after he followed his friends in the middle of a drink in Antipolo City.

00:11According to one of the drinkers, the suspect was drunk and the crime took place in Barangay De La Paz.

00:16The suspect disappeared and then left.

00:19After a few minutes, the suspect came back with a beating and a gunshot wound.

00:24Two of the drinkers were injured.

00:26The suspect ran away but was caught in a follow-up operation.

00:28The suspect admitted the crime.

00:31He denied that he was drunk.

00:34He will face a complaint of frustrated homicide and violation of the election gun ban.

00:42Two people were confirmed dead when a tugboat capsized after a foreign vessel capsized in the salty Sarangani Sea.

00:50According to the investigation, eight crew members were on the tugboat.

00:54In the rescue operations, six of the crew members were rescued by the Coast Guard.

00:58Two more were recovered as the captain of the tugboat.

01:03According to the Coast Guard, the tugboat will go to Illegal City while pulling an empty cargo vessel when the incident happened.

01:10The foreign vessel that capsized is now in hold while the investigation continues.

01:15The owner of the foreign vessel is still trying to get a permit.
