According to CNBC, a Berkshire Hathaway employee has won Warren Buffett's $1 million grand prize for the company's internal NCAA bracket contest. An anonymous FlightSafety International employee won the contest by correctly picking 31 of 32 first-round games. Berkshire modified the contest rules in 2024 to increase the chances of a win, and in 2025, the rules were further relaxed. Eleven other employees who matched the 31-win mark each received $100,000.
