00:00How do you want to live your life?
00:01Do you want to be unhappy with yourself every f***ing day?
00:04Or do you want to be happy with the body you were given
00:08and the person that you are?
00:10It's just accepting yourself.
00:11It's not rocket science.
00:12It's hard because they made it hard,
00:15not because it's naturally hard, you know?
00:26I got teased.
00:27I got made fun of.
00:28I was sad.
00:29I didn't want to look like myself.
00:31I wanted to be somebody else.
00:32Like, that's just a part of it, you know?
00:35You look at magazines and you think of things you want to change.
00:38You think of things that you want to fix on your body.
00:41Going to school every day did not make me happy.
00:44Having to listen to my parents didn't make me happy.
00:48Puberty didn't make me happy.
00:52Sweating a bunch and all of that s*** that sucked.
00:55Not knowing if anyone liked me.
00:58All of that uncertainty that comes with youth didn't really make me happy.
01:02And the older I got, I realized that all of those things
01:05that didn't make me happy were gone.
01:07Don't nobody tell me what to do, you know?
01:10I've bought all the things that make me look nice
01:13and I smell good and I like my body
01:16and I've settled into myself and my hormones.
01:19I don't got to go to f***ing school no more.
01:21I go to work and I do a job that makes me happy.
01:24Just find s*** that makes you happy
01:26and all of the s*** that's kind of a bummer right now,
01:30give it time and you'll look around and it'll be gone
01:33and you'll be surrounded by your friends,
01:35you know, having a f***ing drink and laughing
01:39and then having kids, making them go through that s***.
01:43It's just a circle of life, man.
01:45I think you got to think about life as bigger than the day.
01:48It's not just today.
01:49Like, live in the moment but, you know,
01:52don't just, you know, be a victim to the moment.
01:55You know, you have the promise of tomorrow
01:57to have a fresh start and to be better.
02:09I got to take this bra off.
02:10The notes to the body, press the notes here or whatever.
02:13I got to take my f***ing bra off.
02:16It hurts.
02:16The longer you deal with yourself,
02:18the more you accept it, you know,
02:23just like with anything.
02:24Just like with that bra, you know,
02:26the longer I wear that bra, the more I deal with the pain.
02:29But, you know, you have a choice.
02:31You can take the bra off
02:32or you can live your whole life in pain.
02:34And I think that the bra is a metaphor of,
02:38you know, societal pressure to conform.
02:44You just got to find your own story.
02:47Find your own success story.
02:48You know, you can't have my success story,
02:51you know, but you can have your own.
02:52And I think that's the beauty of it.
02:54You just got to do it yourself.
02:56And that's because we don't want to really do anything ourselves
03:00because we're sold on this idea that, like,
03:03there's a magic pill or there's a magic machine.
03:06If you don't care about my message, you don't have to.
03:09This is for people who need to hear it.
03:11And if that was one person, that would have been cool.
03:14But luckily, it's millions of people
03:17because I think millions of people
03:18just want to feel better about themselves.
03:22And I think that's the beauty of it.
