00:19this president and his administration engaged in obstruction of justice. I believe Congress
00:24should take the steps towards impeachment. That's for Congress to work out. I'm pretty
00:28sure he deserves to be impeached, but Congress will have to figure out procedurally what to do.
00:32If for the next year, year and a half, going right into the heart of the election,
00:36all that the Congress is talking about is impeaching Trump and Trump, Trump, Trump,
00:41and Mueller, Mueller, Mueller, what I worry about is that works to Trump's advantage.
00:46But let's look at what Director Mueller said. He said there were two ways for accountability.
00:50One was Congress, and we're going to start seeing that with these investigations.
00:55And the second is other investigations, right? There's cases going on in your home state of New
01:01York. There's cases going on all over the country. But there is a third way
01:06to hold this president accountable, and that is by defeating him in the 2020 election.
01:12I'm someone who thinks we're headed that way, but I want to get it right. We only get one shot.
01:17I want to make sure when we do that, if that's what it's going to take, that we get it right.
01:21If there are people in the House of the Senate who want to say that's what a president can do
01:28when the president is being investigated for his own wrongdoings,
01:32or when a foreign government attacks our country,
01:35then they should have to take that vote and live with it for the rest of their lives.
