More people are spending time outdoors to celebrate the early arrival of spring. For those suffering from allergies, here's how the AccuWeather app can help you navigate through allergy season.

00:06That means more challenges in terms of seasonal allergies with people that are impacted by
00:11all that pollen.
00:13And there are many tools in the AccuWeather app to help you to navigate the pollen season
00:19this spring.
00:20And let's dive into some of those here in the free AccuWeather app.
00:22And when you tap on the home screen, this is our main dashboard for your latest local
00:27forecast.
00:28This is the exclusive AccuWeather Minutecast.
00:30And notice I'm down in Charlotte, North Carolina here today.
00:32But you could tap on the top and go to any location around the country and around the
00:37world.
00:38And in order to access the health and allergy information, you just scroll down on the right
00:43panel.
00:44On the tablet version, that'll be over to the right.
00:46On the phone version, you just scroll down the list.
00:50And if you scroll down here past the air quality and maps, you get into the health and activities
00:55section.
00:56And here you'll be able to customize which of the health and activity forecasts you're
01:00interested in.
01:01And there are many tools here in the AccuWeather app to help you to best optimize your health,
01:05safety, and comfort.
01:06And you could select tree pollen, different types of pollen on the free AccuWeather app.
01:11And then on the AccuWeather Premium Plus version, which you can activate within the AccuWeather
01:15app, you can actually tap on it and get a daily forecast for many different types of
01:20parameters.
01:21So look around the top here.
01:22I'll go to tree pollen.
01:24That's what's been a real problem here across parts of the southern U.S., and of course
01:27that'll be expanding north here with additional warmth in the coming weeks.
01:31And notice the forecast here in Charlotte, moderate levels of tree pollen.
01:35And that talks about people who are sensitive and can experience symptoms out to high over
01:41the coming seven days, a full seven-day forecast.
