00:00A man in Tabunok, Talisay, Cebu, was seen riding a taxi in a dashcam.

00:10After a few minutes, the 46-year-old taxi driver was shot and the victim was fined P1,600.

00:20He was wearing a full face mask and a hat.

00:24He was removed when he went down to Barangay Lawaan 3.

00:28According to the police, the video helped in identifying the man.

00:35As well as the long-haired drivers who were seen in his face.

00:39The CCTV footage in the barangays also helped to track him down.

00:45According to the police, the suspect was notoriously a hold-upper in Talisay City.

00:50If there is an opportunity for him to be arrested, he should stay in the taxi.

00:58There are no previous cases where he was shot.

01:02The police charged him with robbery against the suspect.

01:06The taxi driver did not give an interview to the victim of the hold-up.
