00:00Honestly, somebody has to say it, meal prep is boring.
00:04It just is, but we found a way to make it so exciting
00:07that you'll forget you're not getting takeout.
00:09I've got a foolproof formula
00:10that you're gonna wanna save.
00:11Instead of meal prepping,
00:13we're gonna try component prepping.
00:14That's when you take one set of base ingredients
00:16and dress them up with different toppings
00:18so that you get a new cuisine every day of the week.
00:21My component prepping secret formula is a pickle,
00:24an herb, a seasoning, and a sauce.
00:27Put those four things on any basic thing you made
00:30for meal prep, 10 out of 10 every time.
00:32You need the pickle for a little bit of salt and acidity,
00:35you need the herb for that pop of freshness,
00:38you need the seasoning
00:38because obviously you have to season your food,
00:40and you need the sauce for a little touch of creaminess.
00:43And you can use this simple formula
00:45to transform those components
00:46into a variety of different cuisines.
