00:16I'm playing Sugar Alvarez here in Slay.

00:19I don't know if you noticed,

00:20but our names actually spell the title,

00:23S-L-A-Y.

00:24Sugar, Liv, Amelie, and Diana.

00:27You didn't notice, right?

00:29I can relate to Sugar

00:31in the part where she defines herself

00:35or she's looking for her identity

00:37in her relationships,

00:40with her friends,

00:42with her loved ones,

00:44especially with her older brother,

00:46with her parents.

00:47If Sugar defines herself as

00:50a good sister,

00:51a good daughter,

00:53close to other people.

00:56So without those people,

00:57I don't think she knows herself.

01:00I feel the same way about Mikey.

01:02Sugar is brave.

01:04I'm used to characters who cry.

01:07You know, when they're emotional,

01:09they express their emotions.

01:11They cry.

01:12With Sugar,

01:14I can feel that

01:16she's brave,

01:17she's able to stop her emotions.

01:20So in the middle of a take,

01:21sometimes I get confused.

01:23Honestly, the first few days,

01:24I had my doubts.

01:26I asked Direk,

01:27is that right, Direk?

01:29I told her,

01:32It's like my tears are dripping

01:35because Sugar doesn't allow her
