00:07they were supposed to go to Samal Island to reunite with their loved ones.
00:10But they decided not to continue because of the strong waves.
00:14When the boat turned around, it capsized right there.
00:1811 of its passengers fell.
00:20They called on their loved ones to go there immediately to save them.
00:25The authorities also arrived and saved 11 people,
