Did you notice that in Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse, Miguel O'Hara mentions Doctor Strange and the Spider-Man from Earth-199999? Many believe he’s referring to the live-action version that appeared in Spider-Man: No Way Home, but in fact, it’s not them, because those characters belong to Earth-616. This is confirmed by Dr. Selvig's notes in Thor: The Dark World and also in the first season of Loki, which takes place on Earth-616. In reality, Earth-199999 refers to the animated series Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, where both Spider-Man and Doctor Strange also appear. And due to the questionable origin of this Spider-Man, we can say that he is an anomaly that Miguel had to correct.
