00:00Duke made quick work of Baylor in round of 32 action. They are still the national championship
00:06favorites. Florida there as well. Houston and Auburn and Vecchio in a tournament that has not
00:11been defined for chaos but rather chalk. All four won seeds on to the second round and all four
00:17still with the shortest prices by far. How do you make sense of those national championship
00:22odds entering the second weekend of the big dance in just a few days? So you know if you don't have
00:28a position now I would be most interested in either Alabama or Michigan State and it really
00:34comes down to Alabama as mostly a leverage play against Duke and against Houston if we're just
00:39talking about like oh if Alabama gets past Duke right obviously they have to win multiple games
00:44but like we're talking about them coming on that side of the bracket and then those two teams that
00:48are ahead of them are just gone right if Houston happens to lose if they able to get past them so
00:53we'd be talking about a position at 15 to 1 or you know same thing with Michigan State at 23 to 1
00:57they would obviously have to get past Florida they would have to get past Auburn on that side
01:02you would have an amazing price at that point so again depends on what your investment is I know
01:07a lot of people have tickets on will a team make the final four and you have to worry about are
01:11you hedging out you know what would the net profit look like at times but I think Alabama and Michigan
01:15State are the most interesting at this point I'm not going to say that they're out here going to
01:18win if I had to pick a team to win regardless of odds I think it would be Florida but if we're
01:22you know odds based I think Alabama would be a really strong play.
