00:27So the rolled ice cream, it started in Thailand, actually,
00:32and it was brought over to the UK a couple of years ago and it's really popular now.
00:35It's a liquid ice cream mix made on a frozen plate that gets down to about minus 25 degrees.
00:42So that could be the new craze for this summer?
00:44Yes, yes, we're hoping so.
