00:13Yeah, I will say just keep doing what you've been doing, but

00:15you have to hold guys to the standard and not what they're comfortable doing.

00:17But also too, with holding guys to the standard,

00:19you have to be the one that shows guys how it's done.

00:22So you gotta stay extra, and it's a lifestyle too.

00:24It's not nothing that you can turn on and turn off.

00:26You have to truly live it through and through.

00:28And that's something that a lot of guys don't want to subscribe to, but

00:31I'm telling you, the byproduct of that,

00:33being able to be the living embodiment of what it is to truly be a leader.

00:37It's something that very few people can do on the football team, and

00:40very few people are in this world.

00:42So I would say, bro, just live that leader lifestyle.

00:45I'm telling you, guys will respect you, and they'll want to be more like you.
