00:20executive underscored its role in reducing the country's unemployment rate and addressing

00:27Aside from employment opportunities, the Department of Labor and Employment, or DOLE, distributed
00:32financial assistance to 500 beneficiaries under the Tulong Panghanap Buhay sa Ating
00:37Disadvantaged or Displaced Workers, or TOPAD, program.
00:41Meanwhile, the Department of Social Welfare and Development, or DSWD, extended aid through
00:46its Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations, or ICES, program to each recipient.
