00:00In other news, heavy traffic continues to be experienced in Enlex due to the continued companionship with Marilaw Interchange.

00:13The news team released yesterday the length of the North Luzon Expressway from Balintawak to Marilaw in Bulacan.

00:19Upon entering Balintawak, you will still experience the fast running of vehicles.

00:24But earlier, the slow running of vehicles started before the Valenzuela exit.

00:35Meanwhile, Department of Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon called on the leadership of the North Luzon Expressway or Enlex

00:42not to stop at the affected parts of the Expressway due to the heavy traffic of vehicles at the end of the narrow Marilaw Interchange Bridge.

00:51According to Secretary Dizon, motorists should not stop while the companionship is being carried out.

02:08Meanwhile, Secretary Dizon met with various transport groups to discuss the Public Transport Modernization Program.

02:16The Non-Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board, or LTFRB,
