00:00First in our news, the Department of Budget and Management or DBM approved the issuance of a subsistence allowance of Php16.89 billion from the officials and the AFP or Armed Forces of the Philippines.

00:25According to our Budget Secretary, this is a big help to the families of the soldiers.
00:33Moreover, in 2015, their allowance increased.
00:37This means that the daily allowance of the soldiers will be increased to Php350 from the previous Php150.
