00:00Because of a car accident, a man was shot on Tandang Sora Avenue in Quezon City.

00:06His driver was dead while the other driver was critically injured.

00:10The shot van driver gave up and he was taken to the police.

00:15Let's hear from James Agustin.

00:20A car crashed on this part of Tandang Sora Avenue in Barangay Old Balara, Quezon City around 6 p.m.

00:27The 42-year-old driver was shot.

00:31He was taken to the hospital but his finger was declared a rival.

00:35He was also shot alongside a 51-year-old man.

00:39His condition in the hospital is critical according to his relative.

00:42Five cars came from Antipolo and were supposed to go home to Marilao, Bulacan.

00:46According to one of the survivors, they were driving on Tandang Sora Avenue when suddenly a van drove up.

00:53When the driver got angry, he got mad.

00:58We got out of the car and blocked the road.

01:03The driver got out of the car.

01:05Our driver didn't get out of the car.

01:08The driver of the van approached them.

01:10That's when the accident happened.

01:12He hit our driver.

01:15He was carrying a gun.

01:17He shot him.

01:18He couldn't shoot him.

01:20He ran out of bullets.

01:22After the incident, the driver of the van went straight to Batasan Police Station to confess.

01:27The 48-year-old man is the suspect.

01:30He was identified by a police officer with the rank of Police Executive Master Sergeant or PEMS.

01:35He was really in Batasan Police Station.

01:38The suspect was turned over to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit or CIDU in Kamkaringan.

01:43He should be jailed.

01:45That's why I'm scared now.

01:59The suspect recovered seven bullets from the gun.
