00:05important Jordan had been in other tournaments. I think we complement each other really well in
00:11a leadership role. We're totally different types of leaders but we both have an impact
00:18in how we do it. It's great to have him. I know there's been a lot of talk about his
00:23leadership and rightly so but also Jordan's playing at a high level still. I think
00:27even seeing him in training this week he's been really sharp and really energetic and
00:31I still feel like he's got a lot to give us on the pitch as well.
00:35But yeah, Jordan is a leader, he's always been a leader and he's not afraid to
00:39help push the team and drive the team whether he's starting or not starting.
00:43I think when you're building a squad to go into a major tournament you need that good balance of
00:50the experienced ones and the youth ones.
