00:00Let's listen now to the statements of the Minister.
00:04It looks like the Interior Minister is at the moment in the airport receiving in first
00:13hand the migrants that are arriving from the U.S. that also were transferred in Mexico
00:22and arriving at this moment from Mexico's international airport.
00:29Hundreds of Venezuelans have arrived thanks to the Return Homeland Plan.
00:36And this is a new group, a new group far away from violence, far away from evil, far away
00:43from all that persecution, repression applied in the United States, far away from the persecution
00:55applied just for being Venezuelans or just for having a tattoo, far away from considering
01:02Venezuelans as criminals, far away from those that have mistreated our people.
01:09So they are welcome warmly, with solidarity, with brothers who hug from all that they are coming.
01:19That's the way we are working between governments without any violations, abuses, threats.
01:28So the Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has given the instruction to bring all Venezuelans
01:34back and we will achieve it, we will do it.
01:38Those who have been kidnapped by the government of El Salvador, those who have been sent from
01:44the United States and they have been labeled as criminals without being subjected to any trial,
01:51without having any criminal records.
01:54So we expect them to be back in Venezuela.
01:57We hope that the Salvadoran government delivers all Venezuelans kidnapped in El Salvador,
02:05for them to meet with their families, brothers and sisters and sons and daughters and grandparents.
02:13So in this group, there are coming children who are traveling alone.
02:21They are just doing the trip by themselves so they will meet again with their grandparents,
02:28their parents and so we are just serving them warmly, with affection and we are just deploying
02:36the same strategy that we have pursued in all the flights that have been made.
02:45So we have physicians specialized in children and there is a person with health issues
03:01and every citizen is prioritized, taken to the hospital, taken to the medical centers
03:07and then they are delivered to their homes, to their families.
03:11So we are a responsible government with some partners who have been suffering
03:19from what it meant to abandon the country and they have been used by criminal coyotes
03:27who apply the same technique and are just negotiating from El Salvador,
03:32negotiating lives and the future of hundreds of Venezuelans that are just suffering from this predicament.
03:40Today, Venezuela received its sons and daughters and children who come back to their homeland
03:49with the hope of reincorporating to their normal life.
03:53We have the return homeland life plan and so there are all officials and all security institutions
04:03at the service of Venezuelans and the Red Cross is there here, the migration police,
04:09all the institutions attending Venezuelans because they come from a very uncomfortable situation
04:19which increases desperation.
04:27So we receive them warmly after the suffering being kidnapped by the United States government
04:38who doesn't care about human rights.
04:42So we will welcome them warmly and let's see.
