(Adnkronos) - "Le aziende hanno un duplice ruolo per quanto riguarda la sfida importante dell'alimentazione: continuare a migliorare, attraverso la ricerca scientifica e l'innovazione, la qualità dei loro prodotti, in modo da rendere sempre più adeguati” alle esigenze di oggi, e poi “farsi parte attiva nella comunicazione e nella divulgazione dell'informazione delle buone pratiche e delle corrette abitudini alimentari”. Così Marco Travaglia, presidente e amministratore delegato di Gruppo Nestlé in Italia, intervenendo all’incontro ‘Nutripiatto: educare al futuro un ‘pasto’ alla volta’, promosso dalla multinazionale insieme ai partner scientifici: Sipps, Società italiana di pediatria preventiva e sociale e il Campus Bio-Medico di Roma.

00:00NutriPiatto is a food education project aimed at children from 4 to 12 years old.
00:12It was developed in collaboration with the Campus BioMedico of Rome and the Italian Society of Social and Preventive Pediatrics.
00:21Since 2019, it has been presented to about 500,000 children in schools.
00:29In this way, they contribute to inform and improve the knowledge of their families about good food education.
00:37The companies have a double role in this important challenge of food today.
00:43First, to continue to improve the quality of their products with scientific research and innovation,
00:49in order to make them more and more suitable for today's food challenges.
00:52They also have the role of being active in the communication, dissemination and information of good practices and correct food habits,
01:02which we have been doing for years in collaboration with these scientific entities,
01:08and with the help of the Ministry of Education and Education for access to schools.
