00:00The mercy of the heart is again overflowing, how do I face you?
00:13Welcome once again.
00:16We have this session with the Ulema.
00:19The number will be displayed on your screen,
00:22on which you can send your questions to the Ulema via video or audio.
00:28Mr. Qabla Mufti Akhmed and Allama Dr. Mohammad Raza Dawdani, please come.
00:33Let's start with the first question.
00:36My name is Farooq Ahmed.
00:38My question is about Jumma prayer.
00:45In our village, there is no Jumma prayer.
00:47When we ask the Muftis, they tell us that there are some conditions.
00:52When those are fulfilled, then there can be Jumma prayer.
00:55Like in the clothes shop, bank, jewellery shop, etc.
00:58But these things are not in our village.
01:00The rest of the prayers are fulfilled.
01:04My question is that when these conditions are fulfilled,
01:07then there can be Jumma prayer.
01:09Alright.
01:11In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
01:13Actually, it has been told to them that in Fiqh-e-Hanafi,
01:16for Jumma prayer, there is a condition called Misr.
01:20Misr is the city.
01:22Misr is the city.
01:23But since the times have changed,
01:25and the villages have become very big.
01:27So, in the village where Jumma prayer is performed,
01:30the jurists say that it should not be forbidden.
01:33Nor is it an order to return it.
01:35Nor is it an order to recite Zohr-e-Ihtiyati there.
01:38Zohr-e-Ihtiyati means that some have said that
01:40after performing Jumma prayer,
01:42they should recite four Zohr prayers.
01:44If Jumma prayer is performed, then Zohr will be fulfilled.
01:46And if Jumma prayer is not performed, then four Zohr prayers will be performed.
01:49So, the scholars have said that there is no need to recite Zohr-e-Ihtiyati.
01:52Because Jumma prayer is being performed in the villages.
01:54People are not coming to the city.
01:55If you do not perform Jumma prayer, people will be lazy and will leave Jumma prayer.
01:58It is better to perform Jumma prayer.
02:00Now, even if it is a cloth shop,
02:02even if Misr is not performed in that way,
02:04Jumma prayer will be performed.
02:05It is over now.
02:06So, now that issue,
02:07Now, in terms of the present,
02:09this is a new initiative.
02:11Excellent.
02:12Alright.
02:13In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
02:15You have told about Fiqh-e-Jafri.
02:16There is no such condition in Fiqh-e-Jafri.
02:18Right.
02:19There is a condition that it is a distance of 1 km.
02:215.5 km.
02:22If a village is so small,
02:24if it is not able to fulfill that condition,
02:25then it cannot be done there.
02:26If there is no issue of 5.5 km,
02:28in one village,
02:30if there is only one Jumma prayer,
02:32then for the second Jumma prayer,
02:33this is the discussion.
02:34So, it will be done in that village.
02:35Yes.
02:36Absolutely.
02:37Alright.
02:38Next question,
02:39Mufti Iqbal will tell.
02:40My question is that
02:41since childhood,
02:42we have been reciting three Vedas in Isha prayer.
02:44But now we have come to know that
02:46the three Vedas cannot be recited like the three obligatory prayers of Maghrib.
02:49Instead, we have to recite two Vedas and then one Veda.
02:52So, is this right?
02:54And since childhood, we have been reciting three Vedas.
02:56We will not get the reward for that.
02:58How should we recite three Vedas?
03:00Kindly, guide us about this.
03:02And also tell me that
03:04in three Vedas,
03:05apart from Dua-e-Qurnoot,
03:06is there any other Dua that can be recited?
03:08Alright.
03:09See, first of all,
03:10remember one principle that
03:12when something comes in Hadith
03:14and the Ummah acts upon it,
03:16then bringing such a Hadith in it
03:18that it spreads,
03:20that is not right.
03:22La tashtami-ummat ya'l-ad-walala
03:24The government has said that
03:26my Ummah will never be misguided.
03:28In the narration of Siyah-e-Sitta,
03:30it is clear that the Prophet
03:32recited three rak'ahs
03:34and only in the end,
03:36he said Salam.
03:37One rak'ah is also mentioned.
03:39But these narrations are more powerful than that.
03:41And our scholars do this
03:43that when different Hadiths come
03:45in which the actions are different,
03:47then in them,
03:48they create application and success.
03:50That is, it is not that
03:51this is wrong, take this,
03:52this is wrong, take this.
03:53And they say that
03:54we interpret it in such a way
03:55that this is also right,
03:56this is also right.
03:57So, according to our scholars,
03:58the first action of the Prophet
04:00was also of one rak'ah.
04:01But in the end,
04:02the government has recited three rak'ahs
04:04till the end.
04:05So, the narration of three rak'ahs is correct.
04:07If someone says that
04:08I act upon the narration of one rak'ah,
04:10then it is fine,
04:11he can go there.
04:12But the majority of our Muslims
04:14recite three rak'ahs of Witr.
04:16And from one salam,
04:17that is, in the end,
04:18the salam is recited.
04:19So, this will be considered.
04:20Secondly, the sister of Dua-e-Qunoot said,
04:22so instead of that,
04:23you can say three times
04:24Rabb-e-Ghafirli,
04:25Rabb-e-Ghafirli,
04:26Rabb-e-Ghafirli,
04:27or Allahumma Ghafirli,
04:28Allahumma Ghafirli,
04:29Allahumma Ghafirli.
04:30You can say this.
04:31Okay.
04:32Let's move on to the next question.
04:33What is the concept of Witr?
04:34In Fiqh-e-Jafri,
04:35it is different.
04:36Basically,
04:37the Maghrib,
04:39and after that,
04:40there are four rak'ahs of Nafla.
04:41Two rak'ahs will be recited
04:42with the intention of Nafla.
04:43The four rak'ahs of Isha are obligatory.
04:45After that,
04:46two rak'ahs of Nafla will be recited
04:47sitting down.
04:48It is recited sitting down.
04:49One number is given.
04:50This is the concept of Witr.
04:51The rest,
04:52the real issue is in Fiqh-e-Hanafi.
04:53Yes, yes, yes.
04:54Absolutely right.
04:55This next question,
04:56Dawood Ali Sahib will tell.
04:57Let's go.
04:58The question had to be asked,
04:59Waseem Bhai,
05:00that I live in the UK.
05:01So, here,
05:02moon sighting is not official.
05:03Everyone does it individually
05:04for their private.
05:05So,
05:07someone fasts a day before,
05:08someone fasts a day after.
05:09Yes.
05:10So,
05:11in this situation,
05:12what should we do?
05:13Should we follow Saudi?
05:14Should we follow the nearest mosque?
05:15Or should we follow
05:16the nearest Muslim country?
05:18So,
05:19please,
05:20do answer this question.
05:21Okay.
05:22In the days of Eid,
05:23this issue is going to arise again.
05:24Actually,
05:25there are headlines that
05:26half of the Muslims
05:27who live in the UK
05:28have kept it or not.
05:29So,
05:30what should the Muslims
05:31do in such a situation?
05:32Obviously,
05:33whether the issue of Fiqh-e-Hanafi
05:34is here or there,
05:35there is only one problem.
05:36Okay.
05:37If you could speak a little louder,
05:38we can hear you.
05:39So,
05:40suppose that
05:41it is not proven for them,
05:42it is not proven for any reason
05:43that the moon has been seen.
05:44It is not proven for them.
05:45So,
05:46they have to believe that
05:47the moon has not been seen.
05:48Okay.
05:49The previous situation,
05:50it is called
05:51Istishaab in the terminology.
05:52The situation that was going on
05:53in the past,
05:54until there is no change
05:55in its change,
05:56it will be considered
05:57valid and enforced.
05:58So,
05:59if it is not for them,
06:00they will continue it.
06:01Now,
06:02how is it proven?
06:03See for yourself,
06:04if a trustworthy person
06:05is there,
06:06he should give evidence.
06:07If so many people gather,
06:08he should say that
06:09all of us have seen
06:10that those who are used to
06:11gathering on something wrong,
06:12it is impossible.
06:13This thing will also be
06:14accepted.
06:15That is,
06:16if so many people start crying
06:17that the moon has been seen,
06:18the moon has been seen,
06:19on which a person
06:20will get satisfaction.
06:21Scientifically,
06:22if it is proved that
06:23the moon was worth crying,
06:24and people were not there
06:25to see it,
06:26because of which
06:27it could not be seen.
06:28But,
06:29if it was there,
06:30it would definitely be seen.
06:31And,
06:32if it is 100%,
06:33it will also be accepted.
06:34If it can be seen
06:35at any place,
06:36if it cannot be seen
06:37at any other place,
06:38but scientifically,
06:39it should be proved
06:40that even there,
06:41suppose,
06:42if there was no obstacle,
06:43then the thing seen here
06:44would have been proven
06:45there also.
06:46If there are a lot of details
06:47with if and but.
06:48But,
06:49if a common man
06:50does not understand
06:51the technicality,
06:52then what will he do?
06:53In the end,
06:54I have already said
06:55the bottom line that
06:56if it is not proven,
06:57then he will believe
06:58that it was not seen.
06:59Now,
07:00continue it.
07:01No,
07:02there is no official
07:03moon sighting there.
07:04Now,
07:05after that,
07:06there is no way
07:07that he can understand
07:08that today,
07:09he does not have
07:10any reason to believe
07:11that there is a moon
07:12or not.
07:13Then he has disqualified
07:14himself.
07:15Correct.
07:16Yes.
07:17So,
07:18he is not getting
07:19a just person,
07:20he is not getting
07:21a trustworthy person,
07:22he is not getting
07:23any witness,
07:24he is not getting
07:25anything.
07:26He will consider
07:27the previous situation
07:28to be enforced.
07:29Above 29,
07:30he will think
07:31that today,
07:32according to us,
07:33it happened or not.
07:34Does this happen?
07:35In UAE,
07:36there is a committee
07:37in Pakistan,
07:38which has all
07:39the issues.
07:40So,
07:41there is an opinion.
07:42There is no doubt
07:43about it.
07:44There can be
07:45a disagreement
07:46about it.
07:47But,
07:48basically,
07:49there is an opinion
07:50about it.
07:51In the same way,
07:52guidance is also
07:53provided from
07:54the offices of
07:55Maraja.
07:56There is a
07:57time of
07:58Ayatollah Sistani
07:59website.
08:00There is
08:01a link.
08:02You can
08:03go there.
08:04There is
08:05an article there.
08:06It is
08:07in Arabic.
08:08There is
08:09an article
08:10on it.
08:11It is
08:12in Arabic.
08:13It is
08:14in Arabic.
08:15It is
08:16in Arabic.
08:17He
08:18is
08:19the
08:20one
08:21who
08:22was
08:23the
08:24one
08:25who
08:26was
08:27the
08:28one
08:29the one who will be appointed will be there.
08:31First tell us about the Qibla of Saudi Arabia.
08:33Then we will talk about it.
08:35See, the Prophet of Allah said,
08:37that you should observe the fast only after seeing the moon.
08:39And you should do Iftar only after seeing the moon.
08:41Iftar means Eid.
08:43So, because the Prophet of Allah
08:45has made the Ruyat-e-Hilal
08:47the obligatory,
08:49so first we will take care of this.
08:51This confirms that if there is a Ruyat
08:53in any other place,
08:55then you should not see the moon
08:57and you should not follow the Hadith.
08:59You have to take care of it.
09:01As the Prophet of Allah said,
09:03it is for them.
09:05You have to take care of it.
09:07Secondly, if you don't see the moon,
09:09there are committees in the UK
09:11of scholars
09:13who make announcements.
09:15People are not in contact with them.
09:17For example,
09:19there is Mr. Kamruzama Azmi in the UK.
09:21He is a very famous person.
09:23There is Mr. Shamsul Uda Mizwahi.
09:25He is a very famous person.
09:27His groups make announcements
09:29about the Ruyat-e-Hilal.
09:31And our Prophet said,
09:33if you don't see the moon,
09:35then complete the count of 30 days.
09:37So, if you don't see the moon,
09:39then the month is of 30 days.
09:41Complete 30 days and then
09:43start fasting.
09:45Similarly, if you don't see the moon in Ramadan,
09:47then complete the count of 30 days
09:49and then do Eid.
09:51You should follow the Hadith.
09:53And follow the elders for this.
09:55Don't do it in a way that
09:57they follow Saudia.
09:59This is not a legal argument.
10:01So, if there is any institution
10:03that you trust,
10:05even if it is not a government institution,
10:07you should follow it.
10:09The two names I told you,
10:11they have made a whole committee.
10:13And most of the scholars in the UK
10:15trust them.
10:17So, follow them.
10:19I told you the names of very careful people.
10:21So, it will be the case of every country
10:23that whatever intention they have,
10:25if you trust them,
10:27then you should trust them.
10:29Yes, it should be like this.
10:31And suppose you don't have access to it,
10:33then follow the scholars
10:35of the nearby mosque.
10:39Next question.
10:41My question is
10:43that
10:45I live with my uncle.
10:47My parents have passed away.
10:49And
10:51my father gets his pension.
10:53But I live with my uncle.
10:55I study in the 9th class.
10:57My question is that
10:59will I pay my father's pension
11:01or will my uncle
11:03pay my pension?
11:05Right.
11:07It is not necessary for your uncle
11:09to pay your father's pension.
11:11Because this girl is 9 years old.
11:13Yes, I think she is not 9 years old.
11:15If she is an adult,
11:17she studies in the 9th class.
11:19Ok, she studies in the 9th class.
11:21So, she is almost an adult in the 9th class.
11:23So, she will pay her pension
11:25with her own money.
11:27Yes, if there is a tradition in the house
11:29that the elders pay the pension,
11:31the uncle pays the pension,
11:33then you should give them permission
11:35to pay from your side.
11:37If the uncle also pays,
11:39then the pension will be paid.
11:41Ok.
11:43There is a slight difference
11:45but practically
11:47we are living in her house
11:49and it is her responsibility
11:51to eat and drink.
11:53In that case, it is her responsibility
11:55to take care of her nature.
11:57In this case, it is the uncle's responsibility
11:59to take care of her nature.
12:01There is no restriction
12:03on whether the girl is an adult or not.
12:05She has to take care of her nature in both cases.
12:07Ok. You told us
12:09but can you tell us
12:11how much she has to take care of her nature?
12:13We have 3 kg of flour
12:15or 3 kg of rice
12:17or its price.
12:19There are many other options
12:21but this is a simple calculation.
12:23It can be more or less
12:25but it should be determined
12:27by the person
12:29who is taking care of her nature.
12:31There is no need to announce
12:33about the intention.
12:35We have 2 kg of wheat
12:37which Mufti Munibur Rahman
12:39often announces.
12:41This is the proportion of a person
12:43who is taking care of her nature.
12:45This is the minimum.
12:47In case of wheat,
12:49this is the minimum.
12:51If you want to grow raisins,
12:53it can be double or triple.
12:55If you want to grow dates,
12:574 kg of dates can be increased.
12:59Ok.
13:01Please ask the next question.
13:03My brother
13:05has broken my life
13:07by making a deal with me.
13:09My brother has broken my life
13:11by making a deal with me.
13:13What will be the reward of such people
13:15in the hereafter?
13:17How can I pray to such people from my heart?
13:19I am not praying from my heart.
13:21He has hurt my children.
13:23He has separated my husband from me.
13:25What will be the reward of such people
13:27in the hereafter?
13:29She is saying that my brother
13:31has broken her life
13:33by making a deal with me.
13:35What will be the result of such people
13:37Allah has made it clear in the Qur'an
13:39wa ma hum yadaureena bihi
13:41min ahadeen illa biiznillah
13:43These people who used to
13:45do magic to the Israelites,
13:47they can't harm anyone
13:49except Allah's permission.
13:51First of all, have a strong belief.
13:53If my brother is so powerful,
13:55then he can do magic to the people of IMF.
13:57He can double our loans.
13:59He can do magic to other people.
14:01He can do something to Trump.
14:03He can go to Pakistan.
14:05He can do some charity.
14:07It doesn't happen that
14:09you take the whole universe in your fist
14:11by doing magic.
14:13We can make a connection.
14:15If my brother says that I did magic,
14:17then it has the effect of magic.
14:19It has the effect of magic.
14:21But is the divorce due to the effect of magic?
14:23You can't make this connection.
14:25Did the husband go crazy?
14:27Did he become stupid?
14:29Didn't you understand?
14:31So, try to break the magic.
14:33It is forbidden.
14:35And it is forbidden to harm a Muslim.
14:37So, it is haram and a grave sin.
14:39But the result is that
14:41whatever harm has been done,
14:43it is because of this.
14:45Only Allah knows better.
14:47If my brother says that I did it,
14:49then he is a sinner.
14:51And keep in mind that
14:53if my brother did it,
14:55he is regretful,
14:57then forgive him.
14:59We do all the work.
15:01If my brother did it,
15:03then he is a sinner.
15:05It is not like that.
15:07You are also a sinner.
15:09Social science is a complicated topic.
15:11There are so many variables
15:13that have an impact.
15:15A person is uncomfortable.
15:17There can be a virus in him.
15:19The fan is not working properly.
15:21The air-conditioner is not working properly.
15:23Mosquitoes are buzzing.
15:25This can also be a reason.
15:27Many times, all these things
15:29generate a reaction.
15:31And a person understands that
15:33there was a factor in this
15:35and this isolation.
15:37There are multiple factors.
15:39If his brother did this,
15:41or anyone else did it,
15:43then he should not have done it.
15:45If he did harm,
15:47then he should not have done it.
15:49If he did harm,
15:51then he should not have done it.
15:53If he did magic,
15:55then he should not have done it.
15:57If someone is happy,
15:59then try to be happy in their happiness.
16:01Especially if they are your sister,
16:03relatives, friends,
16:05friends,
16:07friends,
16:09friends,
16:11friends,
16:13friends,
16:15friends,
16:17friends,
16:19friends,
16:21friends,
16:23friends,
16:25Is it right that the eye is cast?
16:27This picture is not put,
16:29the eye will be cast.
16:31Can the eye be cast like magic?
16:33Can the eye be cast like magic?
16:35In the tradition,
16:37it is true that the eye is cast.
16:39This is true in its place.
16:41Maybe we do not read in its scientific explanations.
16:43But we see it ourselves.
16:45We say that his eye,
16:47means the arrows of the eye.
16:49These are just expressions.
16:51There is an eye,
16:53the eye of kindness,
16:55the eye of hatred,
16:57the eye of anger,
16:59if you see a child with a sharp eye,
17:01then there is an impact on that too.
17:03You say,
17:05these are our expressions.
17:07Similarly,
17:09many times,
17:11the eyes are transferred.
17:13A person,
17:15why is he wearing black glasses?
17:17He says,
17:19my eyes are in the eye of the eye.
17:21It can be on the level of the eye.
17:23But do not make it such a figure,
17:25because of which it is impossible to stay alive.
17:27Yes, it is true in its place.
17:29There is no necessity
17:31that if someone was jealous,
17:33then the eye will be cast.
17:35But it's okay,
17:37pray to God,
17:39read Surah Falaq, Surah Nas,
17:41Surah Noon Wal Qalam,
17:43which is a famous verse.
17:45What is the verse number?
17:47Surah Noon Wal Qalam is very small.
17:49This verse is at the end.
17:51It starts with these beliefs.
17:53If possible, Mr. Mukhti can complete it.
17:55Basically,
17:57you should understand that
17:59whatever God has revealed
18:01in the form of the Qur'an,
18:03submit to it.
18:05Do not waste your life and money
18:07by getting involved in business.
18:09It is right.
18:11These are all the things
18:13that the eye is really right,
18:15it is cast.
18:17If suddenly you have a headache,
18:19you feel dizzy,
18:21sometimes it happens
18:23that if you get an eye again and again,
18:25then those feelings will be so
18:27ingrained in your mind
18:29that you will immediately say,
18:31I have an eye.
18:33Like this, when children are playing at home,
18:35they will start crying,
18:37moving their legs,
18:39then they will start playing.
18:41So this is not a final thing,
18:43we can say that it is the effect of the eye.
18:45And when we treat it,
18:47like burning chilies,
18:49then the child gets well immediately.
18:51Is this psychological?
18:53I have not slept well,
18:55I was so fresh yesterday,
18:57today I have an eye.
18:59Is this psychological?
19:01No, this is a physical sign.
19:03You will be chatting all night
19:05with your sisters
19:07on Facebook,
19:09and then in the morning you will say,
19:11I have an eye.
19:13This is the nature of the eye,
19:15it changes without any physical sign.
19:17If there is a loss,
19:19then it changes.
19:21Sometimes the physical sign is not visible,
19:23if a person thinks a little,
19:25then he will say,
19:27yes, this is right,
19:29I have done this,
19:31that is why I have an eye.
19:33If you think a little,
19:35then you will say,
19:37yes, this is right.
19:39When you reach the physical sign,
19:41someone sent me to meet Yusuf.
19:43He said, don't go through one door,
19:45go through different doors.
19:47His logic is that
19:49you were afraid of getting an eye,
19:51what if instead of a child,
19:53ten sons get an eye.
19:55So a prophet also made this plan.
19:57So when someone asks,
19:59how much is your income?
20:01You say, it is Allah's mercy.
20:03Everyone in Pakistan is worried.
20:05So you will be saved from this attack.
20:07And if you hit hard,
20:09Allah is great.
20:11So it is better,
20:13it is recommended that
20:15you should not mention your deeds with arrogance,
20:17but anyway,
20:19you should not mention your deeds
20:21with the fear of getting an eye.
20:23It is recommended.
20:25There is no need to show off.
20:27As far as a person's work is concerned,
20:29now you are members of the media,
20:31its requirement is different,
20:33but it is better to be less in it.
20:35It is not that you will change the nature of your work.
20:37But don't be afraid.
20:39You can't hide.
20:41You are doing programs,
20:43so you have more chances of getting an eye.
20:45There will be more envious people,
20:47chances of getting an eye.
20:49Now you are afraid of getting an eye.
20:51How long will a person care?
20:53If you see a different situation,
20:55which is free of physical reasons,
20:57then take precautions.
20:59Allah will make it better.
21:01Inshallah.
21:03Thank you very much.
21:05We will take a break and come back.
