00:00Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has given a stern warning to the rioters who you see on your screens.
00:06Speaking in the Assembly, Fadnavis said,
00:08no rioter who attack the police specially will be spared.
00:12The Chief Minister has added, the rioters will be punished even if they have to be dragged out of their grave or wherever they are hiding right now.
00:18Fadnavis said that there was a rumour on the burning of an effigy and that a holy chadar,
00:26with regard to how the Muslim community perceives it, was being burnt.
00:31And these rumours were not true.
00:33Because many believe that it was because of some rumour like that,
00:36that suddenly led to aggressive members of the Muslim community who came out on the streets
00:41and then the arson violence that happened.
00:43This comes, however, after shocking details in the FIR that reports,
00:48and just remember many of them have come forth, are cops, women personnel from the police force,
00:55who said that the mob molested, tried to strip a woman cop as well, possibly multiple women cops.
01:01Rioters, according to the FIR, were making lewd gestures, chanting hate slogans
01:07and hurling petrol bombs on the cops as well.
01:11If this was such a spontaneous protest, how did the petrol bombs suddenly come forth?
01:15Opposition, however, has hit out questioning law and order situation in Maharashtra under Fadnavis,
01:20accusing the state of fanning communal flames over Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb.
01:25Eight rioters of the Bajrang Dal who had surrendered to cops were let off within few hours
01:30after the court granted them bail.
01:51This is the strictest action.
01:54This action will be carried out within a limited time frame.
02:00The Chief Minister had laid the foundation for Nagpur's violence.
02:05The way the Chief Minister was giving statements, hatred kept spreading.
02:10Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Bajrang Dal, they spread even more hatred.
02:16Till the time Vishwa Hindu Parishad is not banned,
02:21incidents like this will continue to happen in Nagpur.
02:26In Nagpur, there is a MLA of Bharatiya Janata Party.
02:31There is a house of the Chief Minister of Maharashtra.
02:36There is a house of a big central minister.
02:40Even though they have all the power, if riots are taking place,
02:43then either there is a deep question on them that
02:46if there can be such a big riot in the house of the Chief Minister,
02:49then the state is not safe.
02:51And if it is not happening on their orders, then it is a question.
02:56But one thing is to be thought,
02:58why does this happen where the government of Bharatiya Janata Party is?
03:02Why doesn't it happen anywhere else?
