00:13There is a case being investigated for the effective installation of an audio-tactile device in a pedestrian lane in Baguio City.

00:20The local government is considering a project for persons with disabilities.

00:34To ensure the accessibility and safety of persons with disabilities in Baguio City,

00:39the first audio-tactile device was installed in Lower Mabini-Harrison Road intersection.

00:45This initiative was initiated by the City Engineering Office and Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office of Baguio LGU.

00:52There is a private company that wants to demonstrate this device.

00:57The device is designed to improve pedestrian safety, especially for visually impaired individuals in our lane.

01:08This is by providing clear audio for those who can't hear and they have a cue.

01:17The device has a clear auditory cue.

01:20When the device is turned on, the audio signal will be heard.

01:25When the device is turned off, the audio signal will be heard again.

01:29This can help those with visual disabilities to lower their audio signals.

01:35It is a very important and significant contribution again to the lives of the persons with visual

01:45disabilities. One way or another, there is greater access in terms of using the pedestrian lane of Baguio City.
